Nritarutya is a professional organisation for development of contemporary dancing in India.Through its work it supports, initiates uderstanding of new Indian dance expressions arising from its unique urban structures of living, physical [martial,dance & movement]traditions and performing practices.
Their dance holds the power to transform the ordinary, through rich imagery, physical articulations and dynamism. From ideas to movement,their creations are inspired from Indian aesthetic frameworks and sensibilities. Using indigenious forms, technology and interdisciplinary approach they deliver “ artistic entertainment” to a global audience.

Nritarutya-the dancing tree branches into three main extensions-dance repertory or dance threatre/commercial services/education
Dance theatre – Started in 2000, the international repertory is a collection of most creative dance inventions which are designed with high standards of presentation and performed/executed with our acclaimed team of professional dancers and stage collaborators.
Commercial services – A division specializing in areas of exclusive services in dance, choreography, modeling, concept ideation and consultancy for films, advertising, publishing and corporate events.
Education – Training projects and programmes to develop movement awareness working with aspiring and professional artists, corporates, youth and community through master classes, interative lecture demonstrations, choreography workshops etc.
