Our new Body Conditioning classes will consist of a variety of exercises focusing on a total body routine to build endurance, stamina, tone, strengthen and sculpt and the best part is, you get to dance…our way!
The classes are the result of years of research and experience, training young professional dancers.
- Burn up to 500 calories per class
- Increase your muscle endurance whilst burning body fat with isometric exercises
- Maximize your core strength and begin to tone muscles in their shape and appearance.
The syllabus also includes separate sessions for stamina, general strength building and basic knowledge on human anatomy and injury prevention.
The sessions are specially devised and can be modified to the comfort level of the participant, making it accessible to all fitness levels.
