Being a professional dancer is a lot of very hard work and perseverance. Nritarutya recognizes this by employing dancers. Yes, you get paid to do what you love – which is supposed to mean you’ll never ‘work’ another day of your life.

Keeping an organization like ours together, however, involves a lot more than dancing prowess. Can you plan, strategize, organize? Can you talk business? Can you handle administrative duty? Can you work with – and manage – teams? Challenges there are a-plenty, and the rewards are handsome too!

Nritarutya offers full-time and part-time employment options:

Full-Time Dance Employment

To seek full-time dance employment with us, you’ll need to be trained in a dance form, or a dancer with recognized potential. You could also be an athlete; or someone with a similar physical background.

If you make it through our little gauntlet of tests, you will:
Be funded for your further dance education
Be funded for any dance training of your choice
Be trained by Nritarutya’s in-house choreographers
Have the opportunity to travel nationally/internationally on projects
Have free access to dance workshops under guest tutors/choreographers
Have the chance to gain more exposure
Assist with administrative /Production/Creative/Marketing and such other wings of the company

Part-Time Dance Employment

If you’d like to work part-time with us, we can employ you on projects that the company is working on. If you’re good enough, we can even feature you in our mega-productions. You will typically be paid on a project basis, and have access to Nritarutya training sessions twice a week.
